Hajiya Yabawa Kolo, The Director General, State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) on Friday paid a condolences visit to the families of those who lost their lives on Tuesday attack by Boko Haram.
It will recalled that ten people lost their lives while 60 injured during the attack.
Mrs Kolo, accompanied by zonal cordinator Honorable Mustapha Kawu (Borno North) and Malam Musa Abbas (Borno South), donated beverages and cash to victims of the Boko Haram attack on Friday.
Mrs Kolo was at the general hospitals after Boko Haram fighters fired shots from Rocket Propelled Grenades on Tuesday on which killed 10 residents and 60 injured in the state capital.
Mrs Kolo, who presented the donation when she visited the hospital to commiserate with the affected families, described the attack as “unfortunate and dastardly.”
Meanwhile, Hajiya Bawa Kolo also visited the popular Post office Market in the state, following the fire outbreak that razed a section of the market.
Speaking with the affected traders at the scene of the fire incident, she sympathised with the traders assure them of quick response from the State Government.
She promised that the state government would look into the cause of the fire outbreak to prevent reoccurring of the fire guts.
Recall, it was learnt that the fire outbreaks destroyed 106 traders shops in the state on Tuesday night.
